Course Objectives: 

This course addresses two concerns: Firstly, the need to develop language skills, and secondly, to develop the writing and communication skills common to all professionals.  This course goes beyond the linguistic skills of grammar accuracy-it introduces ideas on techniques and strategies of communication, and presents models on which to build effectiveness for the totally integrated performance.

Course hours range from 90-180 and will be customized according to 4 criteria:  the student’s skill level, your company’s needs your market sector and your company’s objectives. Depending on the level of competence and your specific goals, this course can be developed in to 3 or 4 levels.

Target group: Business professionals who wish to develop their communication skills in order to develop better negotiation and customer service skills.

Duration:  Course hours range from 90-180 hours
