The Quality Certification Program for Tourism Enterprises

In the tourism sector, the role of quality is of crucial importance, given the increasing competition in Greece and abroad. Customers choose services that meet their specific needs and provide high quality at a good price.

The purpose of the quality label in tourism program is to raise awareness towards quality in businesses, to foster collaboration between different service providers and, in the long term, to develop the quality of the services provided.
The procedure for obtaining the Q Label for Quality was designed in Switzerland and is also implemented in other European countries e.g. Germany, Spain, Austria, Romania, as well as Egypt.

In the Greek market, the Q Label for Quality Certification is provided through the i-learn Institute for Lifelong Learning, which supports and organizes the training program leading to certification and the acquisition of the Q Label for Quality.
